A Proposal of Rating on the Protection System of Net-user's Privacy

As the Internet became readily accessible to the general public, the term "privacy" came to refer to everything from personal information: name, birthday, sex, postal address, office, and so on. Current discussions on "privacy" tend to be about how to proetct these information. For example, encryption methods is technical idea, but this method is not perfect. The restrictions by the law which are related human privacy is no perfect also. The privacy mark system is adopted for these years. But this mark is not popular and this system do not work well. Once someone's information are opened, we cannot collect nor trash all information. The garbage collection system of personal information do not work. So we insist to build 3 systems: 1. the system for evaluating fee of one's privacy information, 2. the ranking system for online trader/seller companies, 3. the insurance system based on the fee and the rank of trader/ seller.
